Entry and Update Form

To have a new event or expedition listed, or an existing one updated, either fill in the form below and click the "Send" button at the end, or else send the details, preferably using a format similar to the existing calendar entries, to the Calendar Editor:

ID. Number: Only if this is an update to an existing Calendar entry. The ID is the number shown in brackets at the end of the first line in the entry. For an update, you need only fill in this number, your name, the original title, and then the field(s) which have changed.

Please use the International date format: yyyy-mm-dd to dd.
If there are different dates for major parts of the event, please start each on a new line, e.g:
Congress: 1997-08-25 to 30.
Field trips: 1997-08-31 to 09-15.

Organisation(s):
The organisation(s) which are actually arranging the event.

Contact details:
Please include the person, postal address, phone, fax, email address and website, where these are available. Telephone numbers should be oriented towards dialling from outside the country, i.e. include the country code and omit any leading zero in the area code.
Format: +CountryCode (AreaCode) LocalNumber, e.g. +61 (3) 1234 5678.
